On behalf of a major food & beverage manufacturer in Australia, our team performed the complete decommissioning and dismantling of an existing processing facility. The scope included the mechanical disassembly of stainless steel tanks, hygienic pipework, and CIP lines, as well as full electrical disconnection of control cabinets, field wiring, and instrumentation. PLC and SCADA systems were backed up, powered down, and prepared for relocation alongside all automation hardware. All equipment was cleaned, labelled, documented, and professionally packaged for international transport to the client's new facility in China.

The project scope includes the mechanical installation and alignment of a sterile tank, mixing tanks, and a direct UHT system, along with all associated hygienic pipework, as well as the complete electrical installation and cabling for a large-scale dairy production facility in Croatia.
